Comparative assessment of changes in microflora in delayed and immediately placed implant

Aim of the present study was to assess changes in microflora delayed and immediately placed implant. In this study, a total 30 implant areas patients were analyzed. The group consists 14 male 16 female participants age range 20-40 years. randomly divided into two groups (15 each group). Group A: Immediate Implant Placement, B: Delayed Placement. placement done accordingly. materials media used for sterilized. One day before, sample collection placement, complete mouth scaling, polishing done. Sites be sampled isolated with sterile cotton rolls. Bacterial culture include blood agar, Kanamycin Kanamycin‑vancomycin agar. samples collected following stages- preoperative stage, After 24 hrs postoperative, 7 days on prosthesis 1st month follow‑up, 2nd follow‑up. These tested calculate growth pathogenic microorganisms: Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans, Streptococcus, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Prevotella intermedia.
